Wiz Management Inc values your referrals for our open positions. To show
our appreciation, we will pay you for each candidate you refer to us.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the number of
bonuses you can earn.
The program is simple
You
may refer anyone to Wiz Management Inc who is not currently in our consultant
database OR anyone who has not been contacted by Wiz Management within the
past 6 months (even if they are listed in our database).
It’s
easy to refer someone – simply send the referred individual’s resume to one of
our recruiters or email to referrals@wizmaninc.com.
After
we have received the referred individual’s resume, our recruiters will follow
up to conduct a phone interview with the candidate and check references.
If
the candidate meets one of our client’s requirements and get placed then your
referral begins an assignment, you will be eligible for a referral bonus.
